Kramer - Arrow Merchant in Cathal Valley bugged

The merchant doesn't react on rightclick or trying to sell with keybind (ctrl-s in my case)

been mentioned a few times i think.

Cathal Valley, 35-39 Battlegrounds, Mid PK. There's an arrow merchant named Kramer at 50977 14185 4832 - this merchant will not show a shop window, accept items for quick sale (SHIFT S), or sell bag (/moveitem sell #bag1 - this results in "Invalid Target".
