Bugged drinker

He doesn't come when i yell at him there are a lot of these issues, some mobs seem to get stuck, some mobs just ignore you when you walk passed them (vakten mobs in malochien tempter room towards alb prince) until you throw a tauntshout at them - before you cant even attack them in melee
