Server Rules

As we are an international server, English is the main language in all public channels of discord, in-game and on the forum unless the channel/forum is named specifically. Please respect this rule. All our rules, where applicable, refer to the game, the forums, and discord. If a player has multiple punishments and/or warnings on his account, we will take the liberty to take individual action and assign appropriate punishments.

1. Account Policy

1.1 Multiple Phoenix accounts are not permitted.

There may only be one account per person and each person must have their own computer, if you have fewer computer than people you can share the account(s), we have 100 character slots per realm per account. Measures are incorporated to detect multiple user accounts. This includes creating an additional Phoenix account when banned or suspended.

1st offense: Warning and all but 1 account will be deleted. The remaining account will receive a 3-day ban.
2nd offense: Permaban of Player

A perma-banned player is NOT allowed to create a new account! Do NOT lend your account to a permabanned friend.

If you play from the same household (example: husband and wife, father and son etc.) you must play the same realm in RvR zones. If you try to play different realms in RvR zones, it will be considered cross-realming. If one of you has to AFK for more than 10 minutes, make sure to log out of the game as you might get tested for dual logging. If, after 10 minutes, the test fails, the ban will be applied

1.2 Account sharing is not allowed

One offense is counted against each involved account:

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: Permaban

2. Crossrealming

Crossrealming is not allowed.

1st offense: 3-day ban
2nd offense: 7-day ban

For all the above, misspellings and alternate spellings of the word or words are also unacceptable.

2nd offense: Renaming and 1-day ban
3rd offense: Renaming and 7-day ban
4th offense: Renaming and 4-week ban

Think of these number of offenses as a point system, depending on the severity of this rule violation you can get more points even on the first offense. All violating names found at the time of the rename count as a single violation with the severity being that of the worst name.

Renaming: For the 1st offense we will give the player the opportunity to pick an alternative, appropriate name. If the chosen name is also violating the rules, punishment of 2nd offense will be applied. If a player doesn’t respond to the staff member in a within a decent time frame, a name will be chosen at the staff discretion. If a staff member finds a name in our backend which violates the rules, it will be re-named at the staff members discretion.
