These rules are in enforced ingame, on our discord and on our forum.
There may only be one account per person and each person must have their own computer, if you have fewer computer than people you can share the account(s), we have 100 character slots per realm per account. Measures are incorporated to detect multiple user accounts. This includes creating an additional Phoenix account when banned or suspended.
If you play from the same household you must play the same realm in RvR zones. If you try to play different realms in RvR zones, it will be considered cross-realming. If one of you has to AFK for more than 10 minutes, make sure to log out of the game as you might get tested for dual logging. If, after 10 minutes, the test fails, the ban will be applied
1st offense: Warning and all but 1 account will be deleted. The remaining account will receive a 3-day ban.
2nd offense: Permaban of Player

A punished player who is not permabanned may contact a staff member once to plead his case.
If a player is permabanned he/she has the opportunity to find another player who can act as a “probation officer” and plead the case to a staff member.
The staff member will then take the case to the team. After discussion, the team might give the player another opportunity under the following circumstances:
The original banned account will be deleted.
The permaban will be changed to a 4 week-ban
The player will then be allowed to create a new account and continue playing on our server.
The “probation officer” will have to take responsibility for the previously banned player for 1 month.
If the previously banned player will violate any of our rules within this period, the banned player will receive a final permaban and the “probation officer” will receive a 1 week ban.
The banned player will be on probation forever – we just remove the responsibility of the “probation officer”.
The following violations cannot be pleaded: Any form of RMT (real money trades) Radar, Speed-and Jump Hack.
