That means you have the current live crafting file instead of the one phoenix uses. Making the launcher fix this will be part of the pre alpha and what I'm now working on.

Since the launcher fixes the crafting recipes, it seems impossible to see what is necessary to craft a specific recipe via right click - the specific window shows up but is empty.
