Add orange and red con mobs for level cap in Battle Grounds

If you put higher con mobs in the Battle Grounds and give FZ type experience more people would use them. I suspect it would increase the population of the non-Thidranki BGs, promote higher level BGs to have some RvR in them and not just templated Thid toons, and make gank defense a remote possibility. But I digress, this was a thought, maybe it has already been discussed.

Getting ghanked at low levels in a RvR zone is part of the game. Don’t like it don’t level there.

He is asking for an alternate place to level. That means he does not want to level there, genius.

WTF @ both of you...

he is asking for better/more XP spots in the BG'S which would enable getting ganked.

he either wants to level in a BG where he can get ganked, or wants to gank people there. Either way he isn't complaining about getting ganked

After doing 1-12 in starter zone, 12-35 in frontiers, I tend to find that CV then becomes the perfect place, it has mobs that are still red/orange to a level 39 and they are high xp bonus mobs (insects, reptiles, dragons)

There is at least one camp of mobs in each BG before CV which stays red/orange to the highest level, but they are less satisfactory and with no branches/soil/snow frontiers is more rewarding

BG mobs already count as FZ mobs for tasks, so perhaps what you want is for the BG mobs to also drop snow/soil/branches and have a turn in NPC located on one of the bridges near the CK for the non CV BGs and at the MGs in CV?

Will admit that one of the BGs between thid and CV has a very poor set of mobs, so that one could do with some sort of upgrade in the variety of mobs

An alternate because he’s getting ghanked in RvR..... even specifically asked for a ghank defense. Why do people all think this game needs to have more BG incorporation. They are a mere stepping stone and that’s all they should be, a small time period for you to get some quick Rp to level with.

Play on Hibland so I'm not a minster ghanker, but thanks for that feedback. A place to play where you could level in a FZ type setting where the level range isn't a group of grey or low cons vs. a well equipped 50 that takes the axe to your skull with zero possible chance of doing anything at all about it. I don't mind getting ghanked, but I see a lot of rage quitters that would benefit from learning to RvR in a more balanced area, and how do you draw them in? Give them a place to PvE and RvR in. Will it work, I have no reservations. It was a suggestion. Last I checked this was the suggestion forum.

I know once you get in a group with level 42+ in FZ, solo ghankers won't usually mess with you and if they do, they get their teeth kicked in if your group is paying good attention, is balanced and is quick to react. Do you see where I'm coming from? My toons get to 50 with out a problem. I was just trying to see if it would bring more action to the higher level Battle Grounds. Thidranki isn't fun unless you invest money in a template. Not everyone, especially new folks who just started, can not afford to drop a bunch of plat on a twink Thid toon. So really I'm talking about a few things here. One, a FZ type area to exp in that evens the level gaps and possibly draw more folks to play in the BGs. This is my final thought on this. Moving along...

CV drops turn ins? Branches/snow/soil

there are two BG specific xp handins per BG and I believe the wiki pages have been updated with them for some months now (Rat Teeth and Valley Giant Eyes for CV for example) but you need to own the BG keep in order to hand them in (or be a class that can climb walls in CV)

There are no branches/snow/soil dropped in any BG, but perhaps there should be

CV being level 35-39 also allows for rvr task completions in the same way as openworld frontier zones

All mobs killed in all BGs also grant credit for mobs killed in RVR zone task in the same way they would in FZ or DF etc

If your realm owns the CK, then levelling through the BG is pretty quick, if it doesnt, then it is slower than FZs by quite a lot

Whilst I am not a BG twinker by any means, it would be nice if the BGs offered an equivalent xping option to other FZs by adding soil/snow/branches and a merchant to hand them in to
