Is the ability for a RR4 Archer to slap out 2000 damage in 10 seconds whilst adding a fight really good for the server health/diversity?
Keep high damage if necessary, but please make Arrows similar to bolts, where they're pretty much guaranteed to miss if the person is in combat.
Archers still high damage if they want to pick open fights, but harder to just sit on a hill or a relic gate and add fights with impunity. There is no counterplay whatsoever to this playstyle... and that's a big problem.
Also, for keep sieges/zerg fights archers just need to target opponents not in melee combat, as they should be anyway, so no change there.
