What is the real miss rate on bolts?

Sure seems like most of the time at least one bolts misses. Many times both do with a miss message of "10% chance".

It must be higher than a 10% chance on other players...

The damage is puny enough to have them miss as much as they do.

the Miss rate on Bolts is HUGE, I ALWAYS Miss on the first bolt(Runie, Wizard, or Eldy) 100%, the second bolt is a 75% chance of missing even though it says 10%!
There has to be another calculation in there somewhere!

And that "squishy" caster in cloth takes like 30% dmg
