Scout! RA Skills advice needed please!

Hello all

I am hoping for some more advice for my Scout - namely RA skills!

Currently I have:

Longwind
Tireless
Purge 2
Augmented Dexterity 2
Augmented Quickness 5
Falcon's Eye 3
Master of Archery 5

I was under the impression that Augmented Quickness would help with bow speed. I have now been told Augmented Quickness can only help with melee! Not sure if that is the case. Luckily I have a couple of respec stones!

So, Ladies & Gentlemen any advice would be appreciated.

Based on your current load out it looks to me like you're sniper specd..

For bow speed - run 2 bows. I use a 5.5 for criticized shot, then switch to a 4.4 for quick shot which gets me down to that 1.5 speed for rupting casters and machine gunning Zergs.

As for the RA's.

Personally, I went LW / Tire / Volley / Falcons Eye 8 / Aug Dex in that order.

Yes, a Sniper setup was the idea. It does appear as though Augmented Quickness is not going to any real use to me. How about Master of Archery?

If you swap bows as suggested you'll hit the 1.5 speed cap using quick shot without needing any RA's.

I will get a second bow. It will be either a Hunting bow (16.2/4.0), Exceptional Short Bow (16.5/4.4) or a Fortified Long Bow (16.5/4.4). Just about to check them all out.

I'm able to hit 1.5 firing speed with the 4.4 bow and a combined forces pot.

Still no interest to gear a fast bow, keep a 5.2 for open field and 5.5 to snipe, with a 5.2 / 230 quick u ll be at 1.6 for rapid fire
