account creation (avoid ban)

is there a way to know on wich PC i've created a phoenix account?

I mean, me and my wife have 2 PC at home and on one we created an account.
Now my wife want to play too, but we dont remember on wich PC we created my account.
So we risk to create my wife's account on the same PC and get banned for that.

any suggestion?

I think you gotta notify it directly to an admin via discord. For sure you will have faster answer from them.

go into your DAOC folder and look for the Phoenix emblem then you can see which comp you started and account on
