Suggestion to stop banning people unjustly.

So banned for 3 days because I logged in an account and deleted characters from it to take their names....

Shocking.

That's 267 players/accounts that have been removed from the server, I wonder how many have been removed unjustly like me right now?

That's quite a high number considering the current total population.

1.1 Multiple Phoenix accounts are not permitted.

There may only be one account per person and each person must have their own computer, if you have fewer computer than people you can share the account(s), we have 100 character slots per realm per account. Measures are incorporated to detect multiple user accounts. This includes creating an additional Phoenix account when banned or suspended.

You got banned for multiple accounts so the ban was justified.
In case the account belonged to a friend I would contact the staff with clear evidence.

A 3 days ban is just what it is : 3 days. It is not to be assimilated to a player/account removal from the server.

It is not justified at all, there was no other account logged INGAME, only character creation to delete names.

I actually have more than 5 accounts I just don't have access to all of them anymore through loss of passwords/emails over time... so whats the deal there then too? the rules are too vague to take into account things like this and should be updated.

This ban like hundreds of others I have NO DOUBT its unjustified.

3 days starting at a weekend... yes very cool isn't it,FUN SERVER, definitely makes people want to keep playing...lol its an unjustified ban 100%. They can easily see from account activity that I have been playing mid the entire time on one account only, maybe one or two days I have played alb, on the same account.

I log my girlfriends account in to delete some names ON THE CHARACTER SCREEN ONLY to use them and hours later banned... my non-incel perspective on the matter, FUCKING DUMB.

Well their rules are: 1 household can have as many accounts as computers they have. If you are sharing your computer with your girlfriend you have to share one Phoenix account with her.

If you think you got banned by unjustified or by mistake please tell the admins to review your case.
But you already said that you have over 5 accounts for yourself it is against the TOS and with your recent login they tracked that you are possibly using multiple accounts for your own.

Please read before replying with out of context fantasies, I have had 5 accounts over the years yes, I have only access to ONE now.. I don't have passwords usernames or emails connected to the other accounts anymore hence the need to create another account to even start again here.. they clearly don't take this kind of detail into account when thinking up the rules.

The entire account policy on this server is more jokes than the latest XP changes. Simply hindering any growth to the server by banning people with literally no justified reason.

I have already appealed it but the hammer user is too busy finding others to false ban for the lolz.

Awesome first week back on the server, feel very welcome and loved, makes me want to return like the hundreds of players who see this type of thing and run 1billion miles away.

This game is fun but this server makes it anal.

If it was your GF's account and it was properly created under the ruleset on this server you wouldn't be having issues.

Apparently it was not, so it doesn't matter if you lost your pwd to other accounts or not, you still logged into 2 different accounts from the same computer and that falls under multi account.

It's pretty easy to follow the rules here with even a little effort.

The ban is correct and will not be changed.

Please stop from discussing your ban in public. This is (just a little hint) another vioation of our rules. Id recommend to read and understand the rules.
