WTB 100% qual ROG 4.2 speed blade with lifetap, 10p

I borrowed one and I noticed 1 more damage with anytime on test dummies and 3 more damage on lvl 1 mobs VS a 99% qual.

This is a game changer and I definitely need this weapon.

Definitely a game changer. These damn uber wtfpwn 100% qua lifetaps are so game changing that no one is willing to buy any of the 99% qua weapons from my merchant lol. I came back from a 3 month hiatus to discover that I only sold 3p worth of stuff on my Hib merchant (and I have a bunch of 99% lifetaps on my merchant)
