4) Increased customizability for procs
Existing procs will become replaceable

Does that "replaceable" also include being able to remove procs on your gear?
Cuz i have several chars that is waiting to be templated and I don't want to waste my plats and time to re-craft all the gears if deleting procs on my gears is not possible.

ex. If I have sleeves that has 150/50% abla on it, will I be able to remove that proc(for free?) and apply a new proc on it, instead of crafting new MP sleeves?

As stated before, we have delayed this change for now. Maybe it will be implemented later, maybe it wont be implemented at all. We are still discussing different scenarios. As soon as we have made a decision, we will let you know.

Not sure if it was intended to be in game or not, but on a whim I tested this and I indeed managed to replace a proc on a playermade piece of gear with a new one. I did not receive the original proc back of course, it was simply overwritten not unlike how dyes work.

I tried it again yesterday afternoon and was no longer able to overwrite. That being said the first time I did it was to replace a charge and my most recent failed attempt was with a proc, perhaps they're coded differently.
