Hibernia short sword spd - Phoenix Freeshard

So, I was wondering why atk speed of short sword(blades) differs by crafted or Rog.

From old Motog's website, you can see short sword has 2.4 spd, and also crafted ones ingame has 2.4 spd.
But Rog Short Swords has 3.0 spd on the other hand.

I have found some spd difference in some of the weapons(ex. mid exceptional great hammer has 5.5 spd ingame while motog shows it has to be 5.4) but those are very minimal while short sword has 0.6 spd difference alone.
Is there any reason to set like this, or was it just an oversight?

Don't ROG have a totally random speed in the min-max range of crafted weapons of the same category ?
So you could probably get a random 2.4 or 3.0 and slower, any speeds that are achievable with crafted 1-handed blades

Or did you mean 3.0 is the fastest 1h blade you were able to get as a ROG ? on how many trials ?

Here, short sword is just for the skin model i think from which it is generated randomly

Oversight or just wrong name, e. g. if there is a craftable 3.0 weapon with a different name and not another rog weapon with the same speed / weapon type it would just be a name error. Rog weapons are (supposed to be) based on existing craftable weapons (including some that have no level 51 craftable equivalent).

There are basically around 200 item templates every 5 level representing all the rogs, every item in the game must have exactly one template and this template defines certain item aspects, including the sell price, speed or item level (which itself defines the dps in case of weapons or af in case of armor), that cannot be overriden by the item itself whereas other aspects, like the name / model / color / stats can be overriden.

Do you have any plans to look into this issue?
2.4 Short Sword ROGs were supposed to be the fastest offhand NS/BMs could use, but because it has wrong spd, they are using 2.5 spd ones instead.
0.1 spd isn't that a big difference, but something wrong is wrong anyway.
Atm, on lvl51 blades rogs, Broadsword and Short Sword has same 3.0 spd(which is correct for broadsword but wrong for short sword).
