Not a record, but most likely strong evidence that no immunity after zoning isn't a good compromise for whatever trade-off...
It was removed because logging on during the (whatever the timer is called following ld) in a sieged keep gave you invulnerability timer to run to a dense spot of enemies and drop TWF/Maelstrom. Now it wasn't as if people were being damaged by an unattackable enemy, but that the enemy was able to freely find an optimal spot and dump his RAs as invulnerability timer expired. If they drop RAs with invulerability the ticks prior to expiration get wasted
I don't know if removing log in invulnerability also removes zoning invulnerability but even just leaving zone invulnerability in permits the same to happen inside PoC
Asked which I prefer I'd take the invulerability timers enabled since a red name standing inside a crowd of your realm is pretty blatant indicator someone just logged in or is in the process of logging in
