PLZ remove HIB dex/quick debuff weapon

speaking of sneaks/rangers:
in addition to 22% and 30% ASR debuffs this is absolute devestating and gives them an unfair advantage to their alrdy unfair armor resist advantage

its not even possible to purge that because you most instantly get those debuffs again

albs get dex/qui debuff thruster.. and there is a str/con debuff bow..

"Sneaks/Rangers" on Hib also don't have access to the Damage Add Proc weapon because it's only available as a Crush weapon. Nerf Alb then?

Disclaimer: I also play Alb and use the DA proc weapon nearly 100% of the time. It's that good.

all mentioned debuff weapons are not as devastating as this one hib slasher! it just lets you hit like an old man.

yes alb got a d/q debuff too, but nobody uses it because its thrust
yeah DA weapons are also really strong but not as effective as d/q+ASR

i do not remember any infi that is as hard as all the bobs from hib

look: as a hunter with a 3.9 spear 250 quick and moa3 i get a swingspeed of 1.94s
if debuffed by 56 quick and 30% haste my singspeed increases to about 3s
so in the time i make one swing, enemys can swing 2x and they have that every fight and there is no real counter to that (debuff charge gets resisted / ASR debuff (18%) is in an evade chain... as hunter, evade lol)

i really dont get all the mean comments here.
srsly its like fighting a fkn champ with stealth all the time
not only do the do far more dmg because armor resist tables are in their favor, no they also cut your swingspeed in half
rangers/ns hit you (hunter) with 180 mh and around 60 offhand every 1.5s ... what can you do against that when hitting with 150 every 3s? just nothing
this is not only a random whine, this is a serious balance issue!

Cant confirm your impression at all. I have a ns, and its very hard to win against most stealthers. Actually, i dont play him anymore, because it was no fun, always loosing.
Some SBs do lots of damage, too.

Maybe im a bad player....but i dont think so.

Shadow Walker's Blade procs constantly for me, and with the stacking of the ASR in the blades spec line it becomes very powerful. I never would have agreed to nerf it, thanks to the Str/Con debuff sword on Mid, but from what I gather, it appears that is no longer stacking with the envenom con debuff. While I agree that the two con debuffs shouldn't stack, it still makes things a bit difficult to explain balance wise now.

Both Legion MH and Agidad have bad stats.
Well when i had run DS or farmed mobs enough to buy me:
10 Legion mh and 8 agidad OF weapons from merchant i had enough accessory to make template easy.

It's impossible to ask nicely for some balance when hib has something overpowered in their favour because as soon as you ask, several hibs hop in the conversation to gaslight you and make you feel like you deserve to die in every fight vs them (or they tell you that you don't "know enough about the game/class/mechanics".)

There are serious imbalance issues with this server, but either the devs are unwilling or too afraid to properly address them.

No, instead of addressing balance issues, they prefer to keep the loudmouth hibbie lovers happy.
But, I think Alb is even more broken with overpowered classes.
