How do power regeneration benefits stack?

I am curious how power regeneration is calculated, specifically, how to power regeneration buffs stack? For example, my character has serenity1, so I believe that gives me +1 power for every tick. My character then uses a “potion of replenishment” that provides +2 power per tick. My assumption is that I am now getting +3 power per tick. Correct?
If a friendly mentalist comes by and gives me level 3 PoM, I’m assuming that does not stack with the potion, so I would then have +4 (+1 and +3) power per tick. Is that correct?

What if, I am at level 50 with serenity 1 and a mentalist gives me PoM 5, am I then getting +6 per tick? Is there a max?
Thank you very much.

Hi!
It's been said both here on the forums and on discord that POM, Serenity, and PWR regen pots all stack without an enforced upper cap.
As they say, "Go nuts with your power regen!"
