4H is totally useless, it can be 4 days if all i care. NO TIMER mkay.
Too little too late, realm timer was just one of the few issues. At this point they would need to reset the whole server and make major changes or put the PvP zone back in that was in beta with i50 and free rank 6-7.

Or even better, we could have i50 with rr12...oh wait no one plays that server. And hardly anyone played phoenix at the end of beta when it was that ruleset.
Their best bet is doing a 1yr Phoenix anniversary campaign to drum up some hype/get old players to come back for a little while. That and some week long events like the 3v3 pvp event.

This server need only 1 Hour switch realm timer and lower cost for items with feather/bountypioints and respec RA/Skills for free! leveling until 50 is easy but
temp cost is to expensiv for only rvr oriented player. Same with encounter why cannot encounter buy with BP?

I can tell you that you will be 1 years older in November 2020 , that's the same amount of risk I make with my assumption

He got banned for multi-acc and doesn't play on this server anymore.
Just a forum troll, he has no insight on the actual server situation.
Serverpop is quite stable at 1k Pop (eu prime) with fights all over the fz.
Finding action is no problem at all.
