please start to consider also some sort of RP bonus balancing for underpopulated realm(s).
what I see now is that a lot of people will be encouraged to join the realm with the highest number zerg going tower to tower. this will lead to overnumber even more this zerg against other realm(s)
if you plan some sort of RP bonus (in addiction to xp bonus just in place) this will at least even out a bit things, so the RP hungry will be more motivated to play the underpopulated realm instead zerging towers.
something like this maybe?
most populated realm have rp gain multiplier at = 1.0
second most populated realm (assume that has 80% the population of the first one) rp gain multiplier = 1.4
third populated realm (assume that has HALF the population of the first one) rp gain multiplier = 2.0
I mean population based on FZs population, not entire realm pop.

90 1.2
80 1.4
70 1.6
60 1.8
