Update Ragnarok

In the current spec lines there is not a viable reason to spec Sword in Midgard. Hammer styles cost less endo, have better utility, and basically do the same damage. When I played live, Ragnarok had a comparable reputation to Leviathan, but on Phoenix it is underwhelming. I believe making the changes that Mythic made where they increased the damage from high to very high and the haste debuff to a 40% snare would make speccing Sword more viable. Another solution that might be interesting is to give it the Valk DD. It takes a lot of points to spec into 50 sword, and a lot of classes still wouldn't want to make that investment, but it could make something like Warrior a more accepted class again.

Well, then all the other classes will demand live-like styles on their classes.
I don't think it would be a good way to benefit only Midgard sword line.

Other realms have 2H spec lines with good styles, along with the ability to spec pierce.

If there was a viable change for another class, especially one that doesn't get much play time currently, I would be open to that suggestion.

If any skill/spell line is lacking a change should make it viable

main problem is that it would not only effect warriors but all of midgards melees, as there is no special 2hand-specline in midgard, but only the weaponlines

You could make it class specific, but i am not really a fan of having different styles in the same specline depending on class.
I have a warrior that is currently unplayed, but i don't think this is the right step to buff them

Plenty of spec lines have differences dependent on class played

I don't necessarily see anything wrong with all classes getting it, as I mentioned in the original post, the balance is that it requires a spec of 50 in sword. It would be an option but most other classes still wouldn't do that because they want to be able to spend points into other things. Hammer will still have the benefit of being less endo cost and do crush damage, Zerkers still have h2h, etc.
