RAs and Classes

VW doesn't have Dual Threat. VW, Thane, and Reavers should also have it if they don't.
Champion has one insta DD and has it ? Wild Arcane was dropped from RA table but would be great champ only RA for debuffs dropping Dual Threat
Enchanters have mastery of pain...
Anybody else?

I know that now, hence the "it would be a MASSIVE nerf" part of my sentence.
