Savage question - Phoenix Freeshard

When temping a savage do most people go slash or thrust or a mixture of both?

afaik most go H2H and then weaponless so they can switch between slash/thrust depending on the enemy

Sorry, that is what I meant. Do they swap out depending on enemy. I guess there is my answer.

Oh, i forgot my other question. What speed H2H weapons do I want? Do I want one fast and one slow?

You will want 2 sets of weapons. 1 set Slash and 1 set thrust, Both as slow as you can find (4.0 - 4.2)
Some people dye their weapons Green and Red respectively for fighting albs or hibs. Its not a perfect system but bascially albs neutral to slash with their chain wearers vulnerable to thrust, , or hibs Neutral to thrust and scale vulnerable to slash.

There is no 4.2 h2h afaik on phoenix.

So optimum is either 4.0 thrust mp rogs with lifedrain dd procs or crafted 4.0 thrusters with cold dd procs.
As slash wpns u can use 4.0 paws of the wulfen with lifedrain dd procs.
U can check resistance table ingame with a good ui or search with google.
Overall thrusters are better.
