Are drums the only instrument players can't craft? It's not in my fletching list.

Yes, that is (not) correct. It's not there but you don't need it anymore because the harp plays all the songs.
Another faulty thing crafting instruments is that the highest craftable instrument at 925 skill has lvl51 imbue
points but says it's level is 45. Devs took a little shortcut here

GD it. Sometimes I love this server, sometimes I hate it. Wish I would have figured that out 40 levels ago...but thanks for the explanation!
