What to put on my 1h axe

I have a 1100+ Alch and wanted to put a unstable cold DD proc on my 1h axe and it wouldn't let me because all the unstable effects go on armor. So what are folks putting on the 1H player crafted weapons?

Hi!
If you want a cold proc, go with the volatile cold arcanium weapon tincture, which is a weapon effect.
The Olde Apothecary is my Go-To for alchemy references, though Phoenix doesn't have everything that is listed there.
