Why are the new realm abilities still ingame when there is no master levels to counter most of the actives?

New RA's come hand im hand with TOA stuff, not really sure what this is atm but it's not daoc and reminds me of live daoc what is not daoc.

Either add master levels + CL5 or revert back to old RA's.
