Launcher error since today - Phoenix Freeshard

Launcher tried to update files and then he messages, that the antivirus process has moved some files. But this is a lie.

"please launch PhoenixPatcher.exe once and then the Phoenix.exe should work"

That worked. Open file location where launcher is and run the patcher.exe.

It means to go directly to the folder where Phoenix is installed and run the Patcher manually, you'll get a dos screen doing it's thing, then run the launcher.

I have a file Phoenix in daoc folder does same thing as my pinned exe

Yea I just figured it out and was going to post need run phoenuxpatcher NOT Phoenix.exe

Says i need to go to my E-mail to verify that my IP address is right did that and follow link..did that came back invalid token. I have tried this several time now but no success.I dont have phoenix exec launch in my files for some reason .Lately this has happened to me 3 times in the last few weeks .Maybe its time to move on .
