Unbanned accounts - Phoenix Freeshard

i think this question concerns most of those players (including me) that have been banned for the reasons we all know:

how do we know when our account is useable again? checkin' the herald? (i can see in herald all my toons disappeared), or there will be a email or something like that?

any idea? thanks for answers

thx m8. today should be the day i can come back in game, as you told me in discord a few adys ago. i am not to bother Uthred or other staff members of the staff with obsessive requests. mine was just a question. Thank you
