Please create an alliance composed of all the starter guilds in each realm, and display it on the "Alliance" tab of the Social display. Also, please give them alliance chat (/ac).

There is only one starter guild per realm, so an alliance is not needed.

I did not know that - I was using Uthgard as an example, which has several in each realm and recently implemented the alliance thing for them.
