Today, both i and my friend tried to login to Phoenix to continue our adventures. however, both of us, speaking through discord, became extremely angry when we were unable to get into the game, or rather, past the loading screen that says, and i quote "Your account has no access to this game! hit esc to quite the game." I have tried at least fifteen times before trying to restart my computer, and seeing if it was possibly just still open from last night, where we played without issue. He also has tried three times to no avail either.
My friend has had this problem randomly every once in a while, but it has never happened to me. I'd appreciate any help to somehow fix our problems. also, before i forget, he wanted me to mention he also cannot craft specific items, even with all the skills and materials. He cannot even put enchantment gems into his gear I make for him.
We'd both really love to continue playing, despite these issues, but this has us stumped and annoyed.
