Over the weekend:
Expect a huge ban wave as we will now automate the detection of duplicate accounts and realm timer circumvention covering all existing accounts instead of only doing sporadic dual log checks of connected clients or as part of working on appeals.
If you have a second account that you haven't logged in for a long time you can report yourself until Friday and the only thing that will happen is a closure of the other account, to report yourself message uthred or vivien in discord.
The announced bans for people who buy gold will be enforced for this particular gold seller. We hope the buyer were at least smart enough to buy via some payment method that supports refunds, we suggest issuing a charge back if possible. Sending proof of the refund will turn the perma ban into a 7 day ban and the removal of all gold.

Affecting several people im sure. Contact them on discord.

Be patient then. They are flooded with banned accounts now i am sure, and they have said to contact a gm on discord. I'm sure they will get to you, but i can only assume it will be after the discord users are assisted.

Second time you created another account, first was in march, you got 7d for that back then as it was also realm timer circumvention and this one was made in april, aka after the previous ban -> that's perma.

So i have two accounts, one as a main account and one as a slave so i can PL in the future. Play alb on both accounts yet got a ban? Was so looking forward to playing DAOC again but this is BS

Bot accounts are not allowed, so you would get banned eventually anyway.

How can it be BS? It states it quite clearly in the rules on the website, which they provide a link to and a reminder to read them as part of the instructions for creating an account. Therefore your ban is your fault, no one elses.

I made a mistake and didnt read the rules i know, but banned for having a lvl 13 on one account and a lvl 9 on the other is a bit extreme. But i guess thats the rules so i will be off to play another game
