So my answer is yes I have read the rule but you are partially right because I missed the part you so rightfully show in your comment. The reason is because I read the title and if I feel I need more info on the subject I keep reading till I grasp what is the subject in a way sufficient for my liking, The title of the rule you mention is : Appendix
I did not know what it meant so I read the first paragraph. quote: You will follow the instructions of authorized personnel while on any Phoenix service. Failure to follow instructions from Phoenix personnel may result in disciplinary action being taken against the account. This may include warnings, temporary bans, or terminations.
So after I read the paragraph I wrongly interpreted the subject of the rule is about compliance from player to phoenix team instruction and here is where you are right I did not read the 12.x because I wrongly though the point was about compliance and did not take time to read further because I did not feel the need to know what is the non compliance or what lead to what ever the punishment because I normally comply to *authority* when they give me instruction.
So I am sorry if I offended your sense of justice and I hope you don't have your word on the subject so I don't get a longer Ban
