Are 'ninja' nerfs/buffs/changes a thing here?

I am just wondering if there are undocumented changes or changes that do not appear in server news?

Well.. combat evade delve % has definitely been reduced going on about 3 days now. Assassin vs assassin was consistently 27-29% and is now 24-26%. I have been unable to find anything via patch notes.

From what I experienced not everything makes it to the patchnotes. For example they changed how longshot works (you were able to combine longshot and critshot before) and it was never mentioned in patch notes.

They just keep nerfing and maybe wonder why people are not playing any more. This server was fun when it started.

What nerfs are you referring to? Most is just bug fixes and nerfs are usually explained and reasonable.

Some changes are missed when making the patch notes, like the 3 drops on EV which were added later to the patch notes once it was noticed that it wasn't mentioned. Trying to hide a noticeable change to % values in a single update when we are showing the affected % values would be a bit difficult.

In this case it was converting def pen from 3 values (increased, reduced, normal) to just one value (normal).
The increased def pen was used for evade and reduced for guard, however, those values were assigned the exact opposite of what their name would suggest meaning guard was getting the increased def pen (less guard %) and evade the reduced (higher evade %), that coupled with the data not really showing that there should be any difference at all made me remove it instead of fixing the increase / decrease (which would have been an even larger % shift).

How long ago was this possible?

Quite a while. When my hunter was in Caledonia. Like... 2-4 months ago.. I cannot exactly remember.

You could load a critshot and then you could activate longshot for a self-bt breaking critshot. I am not sure how it actually worked in 1.65 old archery. Some said it was always possible to do that and some said it's a bug.

They changed npcs damage and abilities with the change to NF. No notes no response to several threads in here. But tbh they are working for free and it’s minor stuff they miss to inform about. I reckon the npc change was more or less out of their hands and they didn’t notice it.

The devs are doing great
