How do you figure?- plus all on 2 min CD

Legion power/Heal
Dot/DD
Debuff str/con-Dex/qui
Ablative
Dmg add

Dunno what im missing, but far less than the ToA things brought.

Omg, I completely forgot all the crazy charges like shapeshifting etc. that came after ToA... glad we don't have to fight packs of wolves in RvR on phoenix

The /commands are simply just apart of the game makeup. It can't and won't be taken out, ever. Just to let you know...
The entirety of DAOC is built around /commands rofl.
