Here is a list of actionable items DEVS need to follow IMMEDIATELY in order to stop the slow death of this once fun to play shard - my friends and I have moved on from this shard due to the lunacy of the DEVS - who are the most ridiculous management team of any MMORPG we have ever encountered - but maybe they can collectively grow a brain to save this server from pending destruction due to mis-management - and make this community better:
1) STOP THE HARDCORE NAZI-BANS BY YOUR IDIOT SMALL-MINDED CSRS - with no discourse at all with the players they are banning. 8 of my friends stopped playing since I have been banned for one slight offence committed by myself due to ignorance of the "fine-print" of the rules. Simply reaching out to me by the non-thinking banning CSR and discussing what I did wrong would have solved the issue instead of you losing 9 more players that would help keep this once great server alive. My friends who I played with all decided to stop playing since I - the leader of our rag tag group of life-long friends - was banned - again with no discourse at all. Now we have moved back to playing AD&D on weekends and when we can after work on weeknights since we cannot depend on the intellectually devoid DEVS on this server. Look at the raw numbers, as the banned players continues to rise, the average server population continues to fall - this is not the pathway to positive long-term community growth. You need actual grown-ups in charge of the ban department - not the idiot children with demi-god complexes that you have now - who foolishly take pride in their "ban list for bad boys" - what a bunch of ^&*%-ups this server management is.
2) STOP YOUR FALSE ADVERTISING - Don't lie to your community. You have a promotional video entitled "Phoenix Launch Trailer - Dark Age of Camelot Freeshard" on YouTube advertising this shard RIGHT NOW that clearly shows the top reason for coming to this server is "OLD FRONTIERS", when the DEVS have instead reversed course and brought back NEW FRONTIERS - since they chose unwisely to listen to a small minded group of Alb millennial crybabies who rigged the "vote" - since they couldn't deal with better Hib players continuously defeating them (go Fernando lol) and taking their keeps on the battlefield EVERY SINGLE day - denying them DF. It is simply atrocious that the DEVS have allowed this to happen, and continue to false advertise, reversing course on the TOP REASON TO COME TO THIS SHARD.
3) STOP LISTENING TO CRYBABY ALBS AND DO THE RIGHT THING - YOU ORIGINALLY HAD THE CONCEPT RIGHT - DO NOT FOLLOW THE PATH DAOC LIVE FOLLOWED BY LISTENING TO THE SMALL VOCAL MINORITY WHO LEAD THAT GAME TO RUINS - EXACTLY WHERE THIS SHARD IS GOING TO WIND UP WITHIN 3 MONTHS ON THIS CURRENT COURSE.
