Reaver instant snare

Equip Reavers with an instant snare to compare to the other realms:

Mid: Skald
Hib: Champ & VW
Alb: ??

They currently have one on live in the Soulrending line (11/17/22/33/43) - Magic type: Spirit - Range 1500.
It would help solo and grouped setups help close the gap easier on kiting targets, with slightly increased class group utility.

I don't see a problem with this.

I hope they nerf TWF some, but that would affect across all realms.

nope - 2 casted snares, aoe and single target

Not every realm get everything the other realms have. Reaver already has pbaoe rupt and 1 distant rupt, TWF and Slam. Doesn't need insta root.

Doesn't the Minst have insta snare? If not that would be the only class to receive it.

Keep in mind no other class has melee style life tap. Wldnt make sense to all of sudden give it to skalds or thane, or even VW's / wardens ect...

Classes and abilitys are not mirrored and that is a big part of DaoC.

only if they reduce slam duration and make levi a 2part chain currently you can easiely escape from reavers on skald by just mezzing or snaring an running away before they get into melee range and kill you in stun that will be nearly impossible if they have an instant snare without using sos everytime

Nah, only custom Reaver nerfs here(debuffs break mez). No custom buffs!
