Actually with race respec , gender respec should be possible imo. Like changing the char to a newly made one with same class, level and realmlevel,

but to be on topic: Since a race respec is possible, i dont see why a sex respec would not be in the realm of possibilities. Is it however not possible to change the sex when using the race respec stone?
