I'm sorry if I missed a similar post about this, but a quick search came up empty.
Can anyone explain how Stat caps (hard and soft) works on this server?
I've found some different sources about stat caps, and I vaguely remember how it worked about 10 years ago. For now, I've been using this as reference:
http://disorder.dk/daoc/stats/
I know that qui caps combatspeed at 250 (but should still give effect to evade after 250). If the above source is correct... you only get an effect from every 10 point into a stat, and every 20 point after 250... or am I reading it wrong, that the effect is equal to x at 20 points and every point in between still affects the character, being it CON, STR, etc.?
In example:
If I'm trying to boost my thrust melee damage.
My STR is at 200 | My DEX is at 300.
If the above mentioned resource is correct, I would get a better damage output if I'm putting my RR points into Aug STR. Correct?
Thanks in advance.
