Yup. And i think people should be banned if they exploit. I hear too much "No evidence" I chased a Warden wich was windowdragging so i couldnt catch him. Looked like he lagged like hell because of it..... One of the "pro" Wardens out there...
My friend found a shield wich would do 2k dmg if you slammed with it. But he reported it himself and therefor wasnt banned. Several people also reported him. Im just sick of playing against people having an edge of some kind...
TWF does not tick / deal damage while the caster has immunity. However, logging out and back in again in these siege situations as well as forcing an ld would be considered abuse. The problem really is though that there isn't a way, aside from manual tracking, to figure out if someone just had ld or if it was on purpose. Sure if it constantly happens it's pretty clear cut or if the entire group does it.
The only two ways to really remove it would pretty much be to remove the immunity timer or to remove the grace period when logging in again near keeps / towers, the former would be quite weird for the PoC, the latter would be bad for genuine lds in keep fights.
