Click options - asks to delete character

When I click 'Options' in the character select screen, I'm asked if I want to delete my character. I can't actually get to options at all, none of the other buttons on that screen work and I have to hit Esc to quit.

Has anyone seen this before?

Yeah you have the wrong game.dll. You need to update to live and then patch phoenix.

If that doesn't fix it then delete your game. Dll file And re patch again
