Wondering about how to report people for cheating

What's the best way to contact an admin and report someone who is blatantly using radar (in my eyes of course) so that they can be watched and banned?

all you have to do is search on the web or youtube for "Radar DAoC" and BAM hundred if not thousands of hits.

all you have to do is search on the web or youtube for "Radar DAoC" and BAM hundred if not thousands of hits.

Doing your search returns a lot of videos of people claiming that so and so is radaring. Nothing showing the actual use of it. In some of the videos are really compelling and makes you wonder why they said something or made some exact turns (Mike Mendez video) without prior knowledge of the enemies where abouts, but still no hard footage of it in use. I googles it and found no active download sites. I bet if there is one it won't work on phoenix, but thats just a guess.

HA HA HA HA HA, there are some that work with Phoenix, some people have been banned for 3rd party tool usage, I.E. RADAR!

as I said before those people are Losers and should.... well I wont say what I am REALLY thinking
