named mobs in NF

I ran around looking for some named mobs and I did not find any at the known coordinates.

now
1) they all spawn, but at other coordinates in the same zone
2) they all spawn, but in other zones
3) they don't spawn atm

Phoenix' NF NPC population is fully customized.
Means you will - most likely - not find a mob at coordinates you got from another server/retail.
