Mid DF salvage

So, I would like to know the best items to salvage in Mid for Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond seals?

Is it weapons? Chest pieces? Does anyone have the breakdown on salvage efficiency?

I searched and searched but couldn't find a post about it.

Best salvage is actually on alb side - I can show you

all DF items are normalized to give you approixmately the same value per seal

Only difference might occur through rounding errors, and those are very minor
