Thanks all who participated at the MASSIVE Brawl @DC for about 3h

This was the best ever RvR I had seen and participated in, since I play on Phoenix. We had all 3 realms present, each with it's own BG, what started as a keep retake of DC by hibs from mids, ended up with Albion joining in the fun, we had 300-400 peeps in same place which was INSANE!

And to my pleasure (and I bet everyone's else) it stopped being about the freaking keep. We had over 3 hours of PURE AWESOME BRAWLING, chaotic movie quality fights between all 3 realms at same time. It was epic. A blast from the past!

Everyone had tons of fun, good laughs, peeps got great rps and played together with friends. This is what RvR is and should be. Large armies fighting just because they met eachother. Less pvedoor, less everything, more of THIS.

Thank you kindly to all who participated, from all 3 realms, love you guys, and those who missed it - see you next time, you can do it too!

There have been quite a few big fights the last days. Seems like everyone is trying to get as much fun as possible till NF comes.
Yesterday there was a nice big fight from all 3 zergs at Nott.

That was a good time. I can only imagine how many rps the mids made there. The albs and hibs both wiped a few times. Poor albs had half the numbers of mids, but we still managed to push and wipe the hibs on that first inc.

I think I made about 8 or 9k in kill rps in just a few minutes. Aoes ftw!

I was there, and it all started because Pilzpaule was trying to PvDoor DC with his 12x against 3-4 fg defenders in it, and again, and again....

No bonus % hurts his ego it seems.

Yeah mids really brought it home this time! We were about 125 peeps in Pilz BG, and Albs were ~100 as well, but mids really came out to play, I'll ask Khroon / Shelena if they did a /bg count but am sure must have been at least 180+ at peak.

Thing is, we need more of this. Because it's good action and great fun for everyone, open field RvR zerg vs zerg vs zerg. Where everyone fights other players, any class any spec has a spot and a role, and is welcome, this is very important for the social aspect and cohesion of the playerbase. Pve raids are boring especially if you done them 100 times. But this? This is pure magic, I haven't seen a single afk during the brawls, everyone wanted to do their part, was EPIC!

110 albs? Because mids easily had way more than that. I know Khroon had 1 BG, and Shelena another on his skald (for mid). If you had 2 separate bgs, then yeah 110 in one and 50+ at min in the other, but you did outnumber both hibs and albs.

Anyway not the point, it was great fun, we should have more of this for sure!

Nah, there was the BG and us with our 3 allygroups (sitting in ts and some of them in the bg), so hard to say how many were around.
Was to many action for checking /bg count or /who emain the whole time

Was fun !!

We could have that each evening without circle raiding those keeps .

That's my point! Big fights are always super fun. Should get a ton more of those with NF around the corner. And still plenty of room for those who wanna solo / duo / small men / 8mvs8m etc.

There was only one public BG that I was leading and it fluctuated between 85 and 100 during the DC massive brawl. We had a great time, I kept telling the BG to be patient and hold at DC that Hibs and Albs would keep coming in force and that they did. There was no boredom there. All in Mid BG said it was mega fun. /respect to Hibs and Albs for great fights.

Was only about 60-70 albs in that bg we didn't really stand a chance. Bg dissolved after a couple of wipes. Anyways the ppl who switched realms off of alb can come back now, we are the underdog now with barely any leadership left. Don't stay on hib and bg Zerg everything with pillsburydoorboy.
