Shammy buff(needs some help)

If a shammy get caught they are toast, either from a mob or enemy player.
No quick cast, or insta cc.
How about the long timed DD be insta cast.

Or some kind of instant spell which diseases everyone around you so that escaping is really easy compared to other supports.

Nowhere near the abilities every other class has to survive when “caught” without range

Did you seriously just imply that a 148 damage instant nuke is a better escape tool than a two minute duration PBAE disease?

Let me tell you that I would gladly switch your pbae disease for my pbae mezz on Cleric. Also a Shaman can spec Ichor of the deep and should have at least MoC 1 to be able to cast even while interrupted, you can even have a DD charge item if you want instant interrupt at range. Shamans do not need any kind of instant ranged spell to be effective whilst someone is hitting them.

No
But it would allow burn down of a mob instead of the extremely long kill with unstyled attack
