DELETED CHARACTERS after NF launch !

After a mass link dead at a fight at Bled, I logged back in to find 5 of my characters are missing from the character select screen ….

any one else ?

Devs sorted it, got my characters back, logged out and they have been deleted again …. -.-

Same thing just happened to me. I check all my character pages and there’s nothing. My characters were on page 0. I went ld in nf also.

Same appens to me after current reboot.
All characters vanished but the first four ones.
No wrong char page selected, i have chars on the first one only.

I did notify the devs, they sorted it for me ... got my Shaman back. UNTIL I logged off again and the same thing happened. At the character select screen he had gone :/

How did you go about contacting them?

Phoenix discord channel, dropped a message to all Devs with the issue, and one responded after about an hour

I messaged @Kooked on discord and gave him the name of my last character played and he fixed it.

I tried messaging the devs on discord and i get the following message:

"Your message could not be delivered because you don't share a server with the recipient or you disabled direct messages on your shared server, recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends, or you were blocked by the recipient."

Do i need to send them a friend request?

If your chars are gone after an LD please write a pm (forum or discord) to me with your acc name, charname you ld'd with and your realm.

This issue should be resolved.

The character select screen apparently only supports a certain length for the location name, nf introduced a couple longer names (e.g. caer erasleigh watchtower), when the length limit was exceeded that char and all following were not shown.
