While i was in Thid a few weeks back i encountered a Melee ranger that was real solid.

Start with 19 stealth so w +5 you have 24. 18cd for side stun. Rest is really up to you. If you go blades you can strafe for side stun + blades side snare kyte and shoot a few more times. Just balance the rest of your points between weapon and bow and path last imo

19 stealth, 18cd, 18 blades, 10 PF for melee ranger or you can do the spec posted above me. You'll hit harder but you will be seen farther by other stealthers.
