Your Keybord Binds (Qbinds) (Shadowblade)

Hello there,

I am wondering if one of you is willing to share his Qbinds, especially if you play a SB. I am asking this, as I am planning to play one and i think - aside from a PAC healer - it may be one of the more complex characters one can play and master.

Would you be willing to share your Qbinds? A good Qbind setup is I think paramount to master Character control

So, thank you if you are willing to share your wisdom and Kindest regards.

I want to preface this by saying, i am far from optimized and there is a lot of potential i even know of that i just don't care to set up currently because it would require me getting into AHK or something similar, which i am too lazy to do

That said:

I move with WASD and i have my mainstyles on 1 2 3, with anytimer on 1, evadestyle 2, evadefollowup 3 (with autohotkey it would make sense to just gather these up....but so far i don't see much of a point)

Infight i roll 3 2 1, unless i can get behind my target, then i use 4 1 (4 is my backstyle)

Q was PA (currently specced without PA and not really settled what to put there)
E is the alternative evadestyle ... but since i regularly end fights without even landing the evadestun i mostly keep chaining 321 instead of switching to e1)

Shift-Q is my purge (before SB i had warrior and got used to having purge there, so now its my purge button on all chars)
Shift-E is vanish (similar reasoning, on warrior it DashingDefense)

5 is stealth (probably should get that onto a mousebutton but i got used to it and it isn't needed in combat, so i rather hover it with my finger while running visisble than sacrificing a good button for it)

Backstab is on a mousebutton
activating onehand / activating twohand-slot (got an additional 1hand there) also on mousebuttons

Additionally i have 4switch macros set up on k, l, o, p, that get activated by a macro-button that my keyboard has. (one macro-button presses k and l, and switches in a new mainhand and a new offhand with WS/con debuff and deases / the other macro button presses o and p with dot+str-debuff)

Charges/buffpots i click with mouse

i think....that's all

So in a regular fight i open up with BS or anytimer, activate the mainhand in 2h-slot and then press 321. Enemy has then 3poisons applied and the fight goes it's way. If enemy purges poisons i press macro button, attack another macrobutton and attack again, putting all 4poisons on him (unless resisted ofcourse)

It is kind of a grown setup....if you are starting from scratch i would heavily recommend getting into AHK and macro the stylechains into single buttons.

Uh, macros that press more than one button are bannable here.

If you scroll down someone specifically asks if you can use 1 button press to press multiple buttons. As long as each press has no delays, loops, or conditions.

Vanish is probably bound to the closest key that isn’t for movement for most sins lol.
