Acuity buff potion doesn't work on Reavers?

Hi,

Does the acuity buff potion not work on Reavers or is there a min level? My reaver is only 14 and every other buff potion is working (although reduced) but the Elixir of Enlightenment is not giving any bonus to Piety. Is this intended or a bug?

Only works on casters

Has it always been that way (live and all)? Is it the same for the cleric's acuity buff?

Acuity buffs of any sort had been caster-only since... ever.

If you can wear anything better than cloth, it does not affect you. Which means acuity buff affects Valewalker.
