Extend the Molvik Event - Phoenix Freeshard

Hi Devs and All,

Is there anyway we can extend the schedule of some of these events. Maybe start on Thursday as opposed to Friday, or maybe go through Monday as well? I feel like I'm always traveling on the weekends when these events pop up.

I know this is a selfish post, since most of you will be here on the weekend, but it would be nice to experience an actual keep battle for once instead of the crap that is OF.

I guess many people aged 30+ usually can play LESS on weekends but more on weekdays, me included. I won't catch any of these events either.
But we're still the minority so it's fine for me.

why would 30+ people have more time during the week than on weekends? Oo

usual obligations a 30+ person has, and a teenager doesn't:

longer work hours than shool (weekdays)
family obligations to wife/kids/etc (same everyday)

weekends are basically the only time i can regularly play, without sceduling long beforehand. I guess it is different for everyone, but i would have assumed that especially the parents/married people would have it harder to fit playtime into a weekday than otherway around

well if the people like it they could surely extend the event I will certainly logg my 50 toons again for that to see how the action is, its prolly 20 assassins before every portkeep farming solo casters running to the zerg which will be between towers and the ck and if you dont die solo otw as a caster to the stealthers you will eat ns and amnesia as soon as you come in range. Well we can only hope some grps will roam and nobody runs 16slot. If all my worst fears come true what they prolly will its prolly more fun to play in emain during that event at least as a visible smallman/solo.

As you stated it's handled differently by everyone and the term "30+" was a bit too generic.
On weekdays everyone in our family has a pretty much fixed schedule, so it's easier to plan ahead to get some free time for myself. Weekend evenings are not that way and I will never see myself playing while my kids are still awake and may need me. Or send them to bed when we have a nice evening only to play a game.

I know in the US, the majority of blue collar jobs require you to work weekends unless you have seniority (let's face it, blue collar jobs have high turnover so you likely dont have seniority). Not sure how it is elsewhere. I havent had straight weekends off in 15 or so years.

damn, and here i am being a bit sad, because the season of 4day workweeks because of many national holidays is coming to an end soon :/

Ok this wasn't a "best playtime for a 30+ year old" thread.

This is about me, as well as others who have weekend plans, to get to enjoy the event.

BTW I just had more fun in that little opening we just had then this whole server outside of the first day of leveling.

Dont you worry, maybe the Devs, will recognize that Caledonia is empty , And will be worth it to close that and open Molvik instead.
Molvik for lvl35-39. Now that would be awesome, with the towers and CK. It might be something for the future who knows

Na if they do that keep Cale .. Molvik should be lvl 40 - 49 if kepted as a BG.. But I say keep it open to all lvls like current and let it replace Emain as the main rvr hub. All 3 realms have a port in ( fair ) Let folks trade in their soil, snow, and branches for feathers to an NPC in thier realms tower.. ( not CK ) Add a handfull of XP items for turn in @ realm towers as well..

I’d be all for an extension on this event. It’s a Zerg fest, but it’s nonstop action, and it’s fun as hell.

I’m in the same boat as far as play time. Weekdays are more structured. I would love to see the devs extend the event until the end of Monday or early Tuesday.

Really cool even, i'd like a lot to see it available on regular basis, as a hib it's a game changer to avoid the long Emain run when it comes of pleasure.
