Give option to pay extra to buy items from vendors without credit and add BP/feather option for all items

Suggestion:
I'd like to see 2 options added to the item vendor system.

1) if an account does not have a credit of an item, you can still buy that item, but must pay an extra 10k feathers for it. You then still don't have the encounter and will continue to buy the extra cost in the furture.
-> This allows players that rarely have a chance to get DF or frontier mob credit to still by the items but retains the motivation to participate at these raids to get the credit.

2) I would like to be able to buy every item/modification on the vendors with either feathers or BPs.
-> This adds the option to keep on doing PvP and wait for enough BPs to buy a new item/respec stone or to join some raids to buy them quickly.

How about no. If you don't have to have credit no one will do the raids any more.

Who has beliathal? Isn't it also frustrating for some people when in their time zone they can never have DF and they never get the prince for the heal charge item? Or how should a casual solo player with a group unfriendly class ever get darkspire credit?

The idea is that you pay EXTRA EVERYTIME you buy an item without credit, while if you have the credit once you never need to pay the extra again. This is still a strong incentive to do these raids.

You mean players won't be forced to either A) AFK Zerg or B) Slowly and painfully slog through a PvE instance to get the items they need to PvP!? OHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo

A lot of people, maybe almost a majority of the ones who have played since launch. And if not there is a ton of people doing DS daily and are willing to sell you the items for the standard market price. Atleast in Alb and Mid.

I translate:
"I have the encounter - dare anyone pays a fine to get the item without the encounter, even if it would be double the prize. I WANT THEM TO PAY ME A LOT OF GOLD FOR IT!"
Am I right?
Established people insist on their advantage making it harder for new/casual players to catch up. Paying 10-15k extra bp/feathers to get a single item is already quite a tax so what's the real argument against it? My argument is that this way with some extra work everyone can aquire the needed stuff even if they dont have a chance to participate THAT ONE particular raid for the enc (and they need to do one extra galla/sidi/glacial raid to cover the extra cost).
