Stuck Loading

I was able to get in yesterday just fine, but today I get to what would be 95% and just sits there until it says "Hit ESC to exit game".

1. Yes I did turn it off and back on again
2. Checked my AV and this folder is excluded
3. Firewall is allowing this game through
4. Windows is updated as I want it right now.

Any suggestions?

Same with me. I'm able to get to the loading screen, it almost finishes, then I see the "hit esc key to exit" in the upper left.

Tried downloading the launcher again, running as admin, running DAOC to get the most recent updted content. Tested pinging patcher.playphoenix.online without dropping icmp packets. Everything seems good but it won't load.

Any advice or suggestions please let me know.

Same problem here.
Followed the 2 proposed solutions, but neither have fixed the problem.

To those in this thread, The fix that worked when during the login pick a random page other than character page 0 load up it will do the 95% thing esc out and launch the game again with character page 0

For me the random page selection is not working either.
